But when I have written them a letter, I found them quite pleasant, as I received a quick response and their answers were quite efficient. So I placed an order, but the paper I received was of the really poor quality. But, anyway, you can place an order, and then spend too much time, correcting references and rewriting big parts of the text.
Why didn’t I ask them for the revision? I did! But the writer asked me to forward my request to the administrator. Unfortunately, I had strict deadlines and I simply had no time for waiting.
